What we do

Our programs

Seven programs work together to feed, clothe, shelter and restore, meeting people where they are on the way to stable housing.

Housing Stabilization · Homelessness Prevention · Rapid Rehousing · Case Management · Financial Literacy · Mental Health · Outreach

We help people find, secure and keep safe, affordable housing, including placements in group homes, sober living homes and halfway houses.

  • Help with housing applications and the documents they require
  • Working with landlords and housing providers to open doors to rental units
  • Partnerships with group homes, sober living homes and halfway houses to match each person with the right level of support

A case manager works one-on-one with each person to address the root causes of homelessness and build lasting stability.

  • An assessment of housing, finances, health and employment, followed by a personal action plan with short- and long-term goals
  • Connections to housing options and vouchers, job training, healthcare and mental health referrals, including substance use recovery
  • Advocacy with landlords, employers and service providers, life skills coaching, and crisis help such as eviction prevention
